Application to Rent a Mobile Phone & Wifi Internet Router in Myanmar

Q1. How do I place an order

Click the “Order Now” button on the right corner of the homepage and place your order online.

Q2. When should the order be placed?

Online application must be applied by 24:00 before 5 days from rental started date.
Please contact us directly if your rental started date is less than the date above.

Q3. How are the rates calculated?

Your billing cycle will begin on the day the device is picked-up or delivered, and is charged through the date the device is returned.
For example, if the pick-up is on the 12th and returned on the 16th, you will be charged for 5 days rental.
Please note that you will be charged the daily rate for each day the device is late.

Q4. Where do I find the user guide for my device?

A user guide booklet is included with every device.


Q1. Can I pick up a package in my country?

Destination must be in Myanmar.

Q2. How can I pick-up a rental set?

Please use a delivery service. (US$4/way) We will deliver your rental set to a hotel front desk in advance.

Q3. What do I need to show for picking-up?

Please show your passport upon pick-up of the device.

Q4. How can I receive if I use delivery service?

We will deliver your rental set to a hotel front desk in advance. You can receive it from a hotel staff. Please mention our company's name when receiving.

Q5. How much is delivery fee?
  • Single way: $4
  • Round trip: $8

Q6. What should I do if I forgot to return the device?

Please return the device to the following address. The sender will be responsible for the delivery
charges and any applicable late fees.

Q1. I cannot make an international calling.

When mobile phone lines are crowed, there is sometimes a calling trouble. Please wait for a while, then try again.

Q2. The internet speed is too slow to down/up load.

In evening and night, because of the huge numbers of mobile phone users in major cities, the internet speed come down slowly.
In morning and day time is more convinient for the internet access.

Q3. How much is the international calling fee?

It is a flat fee system.
Both domestic and international calling fee are the same all over the world.


Q1. How can I pay?

We accept only credit card.
Visa, Master and JCB are available.

Q2. When will I be charged

We will charge after 5 business days after you return by credit card.

Q3. How can I receive a receipt

We will send you via email immediately after we charge your credit card.
